1. Workplace
Spanish® -- The term "Workplace Spanish" as applied to
books, manuals, CD's and audiotapes, Spanish training materials, courses and
programs is a registered trademark of our company, Workplace Spanish, Inc.
a) It must be used with the registered trademark symbol ® either in typewritten format as:
Workplace Spanish® for Banking
| b) Or in logo format as pictured here --> |

Workplace Spanish® is a very strong brand name. Over the past few years, our programs have been taught or purchased by thousands of companies, colleges and consumers across the country. Our brand name will add considerable value to your catalog copy and marketing initiatives.
2. Here is how to use our brand name and logo trademark properly:
| a) | Workplace Spanish® for
Supervisors - a title of a program, manual and CD created and
produced by our company -- it must include the ® symbol
(Tip: to easily type the ® symbol: - hit ALT + 0174 on your keyboard -- the Num lock key must be on)

| b) | Workplace Spanish® for
Health Care - if you are using our materials to teach this
program, you must use this title in your catalog or your flyers:
You cannot call this "Spanish for Health Care", or "Occupational Health Care Spanish", or any other name. If you are using our materials, this course must be called "Workplace Spanish® for Health Care"

| c) | If you are NOT using our materials, you cannot call a course or materials "Workplace Spanish" |

are trademarks applied for by our company. They must be shown with the small "TM" symbol, which shows that the slogan is trademarked by Workplace Spanish, Inc. To print the ™ symbol, hit ALT + 0153 on the numeric keypad. Be sure the NUM LOCK key is on.
