IMPORTANT ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
For 2nd Day & Next Day Air Shipments — READ THE INFORMATION BELOW!
1. ORDERING – All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE. We do not accept fax, phone, OR mailed in orders unless they are a confirmation of an order placed on our website. Orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. PAYMENT – We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard
as payment. Purchase orders will only be accepted only from known business, government and educational organizations; purchase orders must exceed $150 in value.
Orders under $150 must be paid by credit card.
All first time customers are asked to pay by credit card until credit is established.
3. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – enter your information accurately and double check it before finalizing your order. DOUBLE CHECK your name, billing address, zip code, card number, expiration date and security code. If your credit card is rejected, click here for help with this problem. You CANNOT use the "back button" to correct mistakes once the order is placed. You must start over and re-enter the correct information.
4. PAYMENT TERMS – for purchase order customers are net 20 days. Payment beyond 30 days is considered late and late charges will apply.
Bookstores – all bookstore orders must be prepaid by credit card or
check.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
A. ORDERS RECEIVED by 4:00PM (EST) ARE USUALLY SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. NOTE: ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE RECEIVED. Larger orders or orders for products with unusually heavy demand may require extra time. If there is a delay of more than one business day, we will notify you of that delay.
B. NEXT DAY AIR & 2nd DAY AIR SHIPMENTS – WILL BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY, OR 2nd DAY, AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. THEY WILL NOT BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY, OR 2nd DAY, AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED!
C. DELIVERY TIMETABLE – To estimate when you will receive your order, check our delivery timetable.
D. UPS TRACKING NUMBERS - you will receive a tracking number via email from UPS after your order has shipped. MAKE SURE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT and your spam filter allows receipt of e-mail from "WorkplaceSpanish.com" and "UPS.com".
E. US MAIL CUSTOMERS - allow 5 to 10 days for Media Mail shipments and 3 to 5 days for Priority Mail shipments. Tracking numbers are not provided for mail shipments.
6. RETURNS & GUARANTEES (Click the link for return procedures & policies.)
A. DEFECTIVE MATERIALS - All Workplace Spanish® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. Defective products will be replaced at no charge – you must contact us within 2 weeks of receipt. A return authorization must be obtained before credit or exchange of Workplace Spanish® materials.
B. CONSUMER ORDERS OF INDIVIDUAL LEARNING KITS - We provide a 30-day (from receipt) satisfaction guarantee for purchases of learning kits for non-commercial use. Customers who are not pleased with their purchase should contact us for a return authorization. Materials must be in resalable condition and must be returned at the customer's expense.
C. BUSINESS - BOOKSTORE - COLLEGE ORDERS - Click above for our return policy. We ship promptly and urge you to wait until you are sure of class attendance prior to ordering. A return authorization is required and a restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
