Sample / "Desk Copy" Policy  (updated 8-3-07)

Workplace Spanish, Inc. provides a limited number of samples for evaluation by colleges and accredited adult education organizations (e.g., school districts).

We do NOT provide sample copies to businesses, government organizations, non-profit groups, independent language schools, or individual instructors.  Please do not request a sample unless you meet the criteria in the first paragraph.

1. Prospective new customers can receive one sample copy at no charge (desk copy).  Additional samples can be purchased at the discounted price of $20.00 each.

2. Ongoing customers can receive samples at a rate commensurate with the amount of business they do with our company.  e-mail requests to:  samples@WorkplaceSpanish.com  and include your street address and complete contact information.
    

3. Sample Delivery – samples are shipped by mail within 48 hours.  We do NOT ship samples by overnight or expedited delivery services for any reason.  If you need a sample this urgently, you should purchase a book from our website using a credit card.  You can specify the type of shipping when you make the purchase. 
    

4. Payment – if ordering paid samples and the amount is under $100, (less than five books), you must use a credit card for payment.  We do accept purchase orders if the order amount is over $100.
    

5. Feedback – samples are a large expense.  We will follow up in approximately 2 to 3 weeks elicit your comments, suggestions, expected use, etc.  If we do not receive feedback, you will be removed from the sample list.
