1. ORDERING – All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE. We do not accept fax, phone or mailed in orders unless they are a confirmation of an order palced on our website. Orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. PAYMENT – We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard as payment. Purchase orders will only be accepted from known businesses, government and educational organizations; purchase orders must exceed $150 in value. Orders under $150 must be paid by credit card. First time customers are asked to pay by credit card until credit is established.
3. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Enter your information accurately and double check it before finalizing your order. DOUBLE CHECK your name, billing address, zip code, card number, expiration date and security code. If your card is rejected, click here for help with this problem. You CANNOT use the "back button" to correct mistakes once the order is placed. You must start over and re-enter the correct information.
4. PURCHASE ORDERS – We will accept purchase orders for sales over $150 from known business, government and educational customers. Terms are Net 30 days. Late charges may be applied for payments beyond this period.
5. BOOKSTORES – ALL BOOKSTORE ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION - FOR LEARNING KITS
A. ORDERS RECEIVED by 4:00PM (EST) ARE USUALLY SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY .ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE RECEIVED. Larger orders and out of stock conditions may require extra time. If there is a delay of more than one business day, we will notify you of that delay.
B. NEXT DAY AIR & 2nd DAY AIR SHIPMENTS - WILL BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY, OR 2nd DAY, AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. THEY WILL NOT BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY OR 2nd DAY, AFTER THE ORDER IS PLACED!
C. UPS SHIPPING CUSTOMERS - You will receive a tracking number via email from UPS after your order has shipped. MAKE SURE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS IS CORRECT and your spam filter allows receipt of e-mail from "WorkplaceSpanish.com" and "UPS.com". To estimate how long it will take to get your order, check our delivery timetable.
D. US MAIL CUSTOMERS - Allow 5 to 10 days for Media Mail shipments and 3 to 5 days for Priority Mail shipments. Tracking numbers are not provided for mail shipments
7. DOWNLOAD SALES - Workplace Spanish® learning manuals and corresponding audio tracks can be downloaded for instant use. All download sales must be paid by credit card; purchase orders will not be accepted. Visit our Download Order Page for more information. Download sales are not returnable.
8. RETURNS & GUARANTEES (Click the link for return policies & procedures.)
A. DEFECTIVE MATERIALS - All Workplace Spanish® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. Defective products will be replaced at no charge - you must contact us within 2 weeks of receipt. A return authorization must be obtained before credit or exchange of Workplace Spanish® materials. Note that Download sales are not returnable.
B. CONSUMER ORDERS OF INDIVIDUAL LEARNING KITS - We provide a 30-day (from receipt) satisfaction guarantee for purchases of learning kits for non-commercial use. Customers who are not pleased with their purchase should contact us for a return authorization. Materials must be in resalable condition and must be returned at the customer's expense.
C. BUSINESS - BOOKSTORE - COLLEGE ORDERS - Click above for our return policy. We ship promptly and urge you to wait until you are sure of class attendance prior to ordering. A return authorization is required and a restocking charge will be applied to all returns.
