1. ORDERING – All ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS BY FAX, PHONE or MAIL unless they are a confirmation of an order previously placed on our website. Orders are subject to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.

2. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. A receipt will be e-mailed to you once the order is complete. Be sure your spam filter allows e-mail from "WorkplaceSpanish.com". You must enter accurate information when placing your order or your card will be rejected.
DOUBLE CHECK your name, billing address, zip code, card number, expiration date and security code. If your card is rejected, click here for help with this problem. Close the browser, reopen it and re-enter the order correctly. You cannot use the "back button" to correct mistakes.

3. PURCHASE ORDERS – are accepted only from known business, government and educational organizations. They must exceed $150 in value. First time customers must pay by credit card to establish credit. Terms are net 30 days. Late charges apply after 30 days.

4. BOOKSTORES – note that we do NOT offer 60 day terms. If you cannot pay invoices within 30 days, you must pay by credit card.

5. CLICK ITŪ SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS

A. Click ItŪ can be purchased on our website as a software download allowing you to start using the Click ItŪ software on your computer instantly. You will not receive a physical CD-ROM if you purchase the download version. The download link and instructions to download the software will be included on the order receipt and email confirmation you receive after your order has been placed.

B. Click ItŪ download purchases must be paid with a credit card. Purchase Orders are not accepted for Click ItŪ software downloads.

C. The download is for a single user of Click ItŪ ONLY as stated in the Click ItŪ Single User License Agreement. Click ItŪ is also available for placement on a multi-user network. Please contact us for special pricing on a multi-user license.

E. Click ItŪ CD-ROM system requirements: Adobe Reader Version 6.0 or higher and a PC/MAC with a sound card & media player (e.g. Windows Media Player or Real Player)

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

A. ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED THE SAME DAY THEY ARE RECEIVED. ORDERS RECEIVED by 4:00PM (EST) ARE GENERALLY SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Orders over 30 books, heavy demand, or low stock conditions may necessitate extra time.

B. NEXT DAY AIR & 2nd DAY AIR ORDERS are shipped the next business day. You will receive them the next business day (or 2nd business day) AFTER THE ORDER IS SHIPPED. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

C. DELIVERY TIMETABLE - click here for a delivery timetable that allows you to estimate when you will receive your order.

D. UPS SHIPMENTS - MUST BE SHIPPED TO A STREET ADDRESS (no P.O. boxes). If you enter a PO box as the shipping address, your order will be shipped by US Mail; no adjustments will be made in shipping charges. UPS TRACKING NUMBERS are sent via e-mail once the order has shipped. Be sure your spam filter allows mail from UPS.com.

E. US MAIL CUSTOMERS - allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of your order. Tracking numbers are not furnished for mail shipments.

A. DEFECTIVE MATERIALS - All Workplace Spanish® products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. Defective products will be replaced at no charge. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. A return authorization must be obtained before credit or exchange.

B. CONSUMER ORDERS OF INDIVIDUAL BOOKS - We provide a 30-day (from receipt) satisfaction guarantee for purchases of individual books. Customers who are not pleased with their purchase should contact us for a return authorization.

C. BUSINESS - BOOKSTORE - COLLEGE ORDERS - Click above for our return policy. We ship promptly and urge you to wait until you are sure of class attendance prior to ordering. A return authorization is required.
