30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE ON INDIVIDUAL ORDERS:  Workplace Spanish, Inc. offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for individual purchases of its materials for purposes of individual use or review.  The time period begins with the receipt of your order.  The refund will be for materials only; shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.  This policy does NOT apply to group, business, government, bookstore or multiple purchases.  Purchasers must contact Workplace Spanish by e-mail at:   RETURNS@WorkplaceSpanish.com to request return authorization.

RETURN POLICY:  Workplace Spanish, Inc. will promptly exchange manuals and CD's that are defective in materials or workmanship.  As of January 2, 2008 Workplace Spanish has changed its return policy for businesses, government, colleges and bookstores.  A complete copy of our return policies and procedures may be obtained by clicking on this link to print out the return policy in PDF format.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY:   Workplace Spanish provides a limited warranty only for Workplace Spanish-branded items purchased at this site.  Workplace Spanish makes no warranty for non-Workplace Spanish-branded items purchased at this site; warranties for these items, if any, will be from the suppliers of these items and will be included with the item’s packaging.
