Workplace Spanish ® for Insurance Agents  (available in early 2009)

"Insurance Agents" is in development with an expected launch date in late 2008 or early 2009.  This customer service program will focus on the needs of agents selling property and auto insurance, with a limited amount of basic terminology devoted to life insurance.

Also included in the program will be basic expressions for call center and claim representatives.  Until this program is completed, we suggest using "Workplace Spanish® for Customer Service".
