"WORKFORCE ENGLISH" LEARNING FOR SPANISH SPEAKERS
Better Communication Skills = More Productive & Valuable Employees
Our "Trabajadores" programs are developed to help Hispanic workers
increase their English capability, especially in the workplace. They are
designed from the workers'
perspective and have three primary objectives:

To introduce the basics of "Workplace English" – pronunciation, meeting & greeting people,
everyday expressions, and basic workplace cultural differences.
They are non-academic.

To help Spanish-speakers become more valuable
employees by gaining greater understanding of English instructions, safety
guidelines, on-the-job directions, tools and tasks and more.

To empower Spanish-speaking employees by helping them
learn English expressions that will promote a better work
experience for them, such as asking about pay and benefits, learning to
report accidents and injuries, calling in to report illness or an
unplanned absence.

CHOOSE FROM TWO PROGRAMS
Although they can be used on a self-study basis, our Trabajadores programs are best utilized in a class training setting led by a
bilingual facilitator. As with all of our programs, a custom program
can be developed to meet specific needs.
