We can customize any of our programs to meet your specific needs.  This enables you to have customized materials for class training or employee self-study.  

Here's how our customization process works:

1. We start with one of our current programs as a benchmark (e.g., Customer Service).
   
   

2. Working with you, we identify and delete non-relevant topics from the manual.  Then we identify and plan for new custom topics to be added to the program.
   
   

3. We solicit and add your custom terms & expressions which are organized into topics, then translated.  We strive to make the translations as concise as possible for ease of pronunciation.
   
   

4. We then develop phonetic pronunciations for each expression and complete the new pages.  The completed custom pages are positioned in the new manual where they logically fit.
   
   

5. We change the table of contents and, if desired, develop a custom cover page for your manual.
   
   

6. If your budget & needs warrant, we can also customize the audio CD -- making the same changes to the CD that we did to the written manual -- deleting irrelevant audio tracks and replacing them with your recorded custom content.
   
   

7. Your new CD will then contain the same topics, terms & expressions as your custom manual.  You now have a Spanish training program, tailored exclusively for you, that enables you to achieve your training and productivity objectives.
   

Customization Fees

• $250 per new customized manual page -- which includes organization, translation, development of phonetic pronunciations and reformatting the manual.
  
  

• $500 per hour for audio recording -- which includes professional studio recording & editing, talent cost, production and a proof copy of the CD prior to duplication.  For a  typical project of 3 to 5 pages of new material, fees will be in the $1,000 to $1,500 range.
  
  

• Please note that these are development costs -- material prices are per our standard pricing sheet.  A minimum purchase of 25 manuals/CD's is required.
  
  

• Custom cover pages can be produced at a price of $4.00 each plus design expense, if required.
