We can customize any of our programs to meet your needs. Your custom program will include the specific expressions that your associates need for daily communication, team building and greater efficiency.
Here's how the customization process works

Starting with one of our current programs as a benchmark (to save time and money), we review and delete non-relevant topics from the manual.

You provide the new terms & expressions that are important and frequently used in your organization. We translate them into Latin American Spanish.

Expressions are reviewed to ensure accuracy and to make the Spanish as easy as possible to pronounce. Phonetic pronunciations are then developed for each expression.

Your customized material is organized into topics and they are inserted into the new manual. The Table of Contents is updated, and your new terms are added to the keyword list. If desired, a custom cover page is developed.

You can also customize the audio CD and a Click It™ CD-ROM -- making the same changes that were made to the written manual and having us record your new custom expressions.

You now have a customized Spanish learning program, tailored exclusively for your organization which will enable your associates to communicate more clearly, build teamwork and improve efficiency and profitability.

Once the materials are complete, you can either license the program to use as you choose, or you can purchase quantities of materials from us. We've created quite a few custom programs including:
